Agent Assistance Program
A Registered Local Real Estate Agent joins your chat and is there on your behalf for the whole negotiation: one contract, the negotiation itself, due diligence and the viewing. Delivered and billed by Beagl Buyers Agency directly to you. Switch My House never takes a payment inside the app.
Buyers agent
If you have accepted an offer with a flexible settlement window, we can refer you to a partner buyers agent to find and negotiate your next home inside that window. You agree their fee with them before anything starts.
Settlement agents
Independent WA settlement agents handle titles, transfer duty and the paperwork of settling both properties in sync. They pay us nothing: our $2,500 + GST success fee is simply added to your settlement fees and charges when your switch settles.
What Switch charges
You don't pay Switch to match, chat or list, every account gets every feature, free. When a deal settles, a platform fee of $2,500 + GST applies, and it’s handled between Switch and the agents on the deal, not added to your bill.
Offers made through Switch are handled with a buyers agent / sellers agent so both sides are protected.
